Children’s Liturgy takes place during the 9.30 am Mass on Sunday mornings.  Children from Kindegarten to Year 4 are welcome to come and hear about the Gospel reading of the day at their own level. They also do a little activity about it.

Please bring your child to the hall before Mass starts (we are there from 9.15 am), and then we will bring them across to the Church for the Offertory procession, where they show their work to Father Francis and take up the gifts.  They then rejoin their family for the rest of Mass.

This is a lovely way for children to learn about Jesus, and feeling part of the Parish community.

 

 

 

 

FIRST EUCHARIST

First Eucharist will take place in our Parish on Sunday 21st June 2015 at 11.00am. Children from Matthew Gibney Catholic Primary School together with our Parish Catechism children will receive their First Eucharist.

Photos of the children will be placed at the back of the Church. Please pray for all these children during their time of preparation. As a Parish Community it is our duty to support these children. Please feel free to come to the Mass to show your support.

CONFIRMATION

Confirmation will take place in our Parish on Sunday 9th August 2015 at 11.00am. Children from Matthew Gibney Catholic Primary School together with our Parish Catechism children will be Confirmed.

RECONCILIATION

Reconciliation will take place in our Parish on Wednesday 9th September 2015 at 5.30pm. Children from Matthew Gibney Catholic Primary School together with our Parish Catechism children will make their First Reconciliation.

Photos of the children will be put up at the back of the Church closer to the time. Please pray for these children during their time of preparation. As a Parish Community it is our duty to support these children.
